Still Creating New Content Every Day? Try This Instead

The smarter, faster way to show up online without living on social media.

If creating content feels like a full-time job you didn’t sign up for… you’re not alone. As a business owner, or coach you already have enough on your plate — managing clients, delivering results, and actually running your business.

When social media demands daily posts, fresh videos, and constant visibility? It’s no wonder consistency feels impossible. But here’s the good news: you don’t need more content — you need a smarter and faster way of creating it.

In this post, I’ll show you how to turn one single idea into 7 (or more) strategic pieces of content across multiple platforms — using the exact method I use with my clients to save them 10+ hours a month.

A Better System For Content Creation

Creating new content every day is exhausting and unsustainable. But, epurposing your best content allows you to deliver your message across multiple platforms without have into spend multiple hours per day creating new material. It saves you time, reduces content burnout, and helps you show up consistently.

Start With A Strong Foundation

You're going to want to begin this process with a piece of what we call "Pillar Content". Pillar content is any in-depth content that serves as a foundation for a specific topic or central theme. I recommend that you record one 5-10 minute video for this.

Many people struggle with this. They don't know what to talk about. But, it's actually very easy. Simply answer the questions that your audience is asking about your product or services that would help them decide if you are the right solution to their problems. That's it!

Still don't know what that is? Go to Quora, and find out what questions people are asking about your industry.

Break It Down Into Formats

Once you have your 5-10 minute video done, take the same content and create the following.

  • A 30–60 second Reel, Short, or TikTok

  • A carousel post highlighting 3 key takeaways

  • A quote graphic with a strong soundbite

  • A LinkedIn post with an expanded insight

  • An email newsletter using the transcript

  • A blog post from the full video transcription

  • A tweet or X thread pulling out punchy tips

Now you have a weeks worth of content (possibly even more) that you can schedule out across multiple social media platforms.

Batch Your Content To Save Time

If you struggle with time to do ANY social media marketing, you're not alone. That's why I have all of my clients pick one day per month to record all of their long form videos.

To record two 5-10 minute videos should take you about an hour maximum. Schedule two hours if you want to do four videos.

Make It Habitual

If you can manage to do this with at least two long-form videos per month, you will never have a time when you do not have anything to post.

The content you are putting out will also ring true with your audience, because it is specifically answering the questions they are asking about your business, products, or services.

If you don't know where to start, Our Done-For-You and Done-With-You content services will provide you two separate options to fit your business size and budget.
